How does the rental process work?
You place your order on our website. We bring your luxury
bed to your dorm room before you even arrive. Then when
the school year ends, we pick up your mattress for you and
store it over the summer for when you return.
How do you ensure my mattress is clean?
All of our mattresses come with a brand-new, tamper-proof
mattress encasement, so you know no one has accessed
your bed before you. Our bamboo-cooling encasements
are hypoallergenic, bedbug proof, water-proof, stain-proof,
and silent.
Do I need to know my room assignment before ordering?
No! We get a list of student room assignments through the
college, so you don’t need to know exactly where you are
located.
Is your process sustainable?
Yes, Dormi recycles all materials, and cuts down on the
unnecessary waste of mattress toppers every year. Dormi
also donates 10% of our profits every year to the sustainable initiatives on each campus.
What size sheets do I need for my bed?
All of our on-campus mattresses are Twin XL sized. For off-campus, you may need Full or Queen depending on what you select.
What firmness are the mattresses?
Our mattresses have been designed and tested in the
biggest luxury hotel brands in the world to be used by all.
The beds are best described as medium-plush, or the perfect balance between soft and support.
I’m moving in early, can you accommodate me?
Yes! As long as you note your planned move-in date in
your order, we will make sure you get your bed for the entire time you need it.
