Caring for your mattress

If something spills on the encasement, spot clean by dabbing with warm water and mild soap. If there is ever an issue with the encasement or mattress, email us at info@dormibeds.com and we will take care of it right away.

Swapping rooms

If you change rooms during the year, notify Dormi right away so we can move your bed for you and make sure your room's school mattress is replaced. Your Dormi bed cannot leave your dorm room unless a Dormi representative approves and handles the move.

Leaving campus

At the end of the year, just leave your Dormi bed in your room. We typically pick it up the day after the finals period ends. If you need to keep it a little longer, simply email us.

If you leave early, for medical leave or any other reason, notify Dormi as soon as possible so we can remove your bed in case another student moves into your room.
