Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Outside of the return window of 7 days, we are unable to offer partial or full refunds for unused services. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dormi Bundle Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. If you purchased a multi-year Dormi bundle, here’s how refunds work:

  • Full Refund: You’re eligible for a full refund if none of the years in your bundle have been used.

  • Partial Refunds: If you've used one or more years but no longer need the remaining years, you may request a partial refund for the unused years.

    • Deadline to Request: Email us at info@dormibeds.com by July 1st of the calendar year before your next rental period begins.

    • Refund Calculation: We'll recalculate your price based on the standard yearly rate for the years you've used. Your refund will be the amount paid minus the recalculated cost of those used years.
