Use your own home or billing address, the one tied to your card. The checkout address is only for billing and contact. We coordinate delivery from the dorm and room number you provide, not the checkout address.

They are different rental lengths, not a discount. $279 covers a single semester; $379 covers the full school year (fall through spring). Early move-in is $419 for the year, and multi-year bundles lower the per-year cost.

As early as you can. We typically sell out about a week before move-in, and ordering early locks in your bed and the early-delivery time slots.

Yes. Checkout captures one student per order (name, ID, and room), so place a separate order for each student. If that is tricky, email us and we will help.

You order online, and we deliver and set up your bed in your room before you arrive. At the end of the year, we pick it up for you and store it over the summer for when you return.

For standard move-in, we install the day before your school's official move-in, so your bed is made and ready when you get there.

Yes. Select the early move-in option at checkout and we will send a link to schedule your setup time. A small early-delivery fee applies.

Just strip the standard campus mattress and clear any personal items before we arrive. We take care of swapping it out and setting up your Dormi bed, so there is nothing for you to move.

Twin XL at Holy Cross and Twin at Sacred Heart for on-campus rooms. Off-campus rentals come in the size you select and include a frame.

Bundles prepay several years at a lower per-year rate. If you no longer need all the years, email us before July 1 of the upcoming academic year and we will refund the unused years.

Dormi was founded in 2020 by two College of the Holy Cross graduates who lived the problem of bad student sleep. We rent premium, delivered-and-installed beds to college students, and we partner with the College of the Holy Cross and Sacred Heart University, with more campuses coming.

Yes. Instead of a foam topper that gets thrown out every May, we clean, inspect, and redeploy each bed, keeping it in use. We also donate 10% of profits to sustainability initiatives on the campuses we serve.
