## Common questions
- What size is the bed? Twin XL at Holy Cross and Twin at Sacred Heart on-campus. Off-campus is the size you select and includes a frame.
- Can it be delivered early? Yes. Choose the early move-in option at checkout and schedule a setup time. A small early-delivery fee applies.
- What happens to the existing campus mattress? Strip it and clear personal items. Dormi handles swapping it out and setting up your bed.
- What address do I enter at checkout? Your own billing address. Delivery is coordinated from the dorm and room number you provide, not the checkout address.
- Do I need my room assignment before ordering? No. We get room assignments directly from the school.
- Rent vs. buy? Renting means nothing to store or throw away. The same bed can be bought for home as the DreamLuxe Elite.
